Antagonists · led by Vander Decken IX · ship: Flying Dutchman

A deep-sea crew allied with Hody during the Fish-Man Island coup. Vander Decken’s pursuit of Shirahoshi is personal coercion rather than political commitment; Wadatsumi later leaves and joins the Sun Pirates.
